A Weekend in London!

Life update: I am currently studying abroad in Paris, France. I have successfully completed the first semester of my Global Luxury and Management degree. Since I’m in Europe for a semester, I will be traveling and exploring frequently. I am beyond excited to share with you all my adventures. First stop, London, or what I like to call it my “What a Girl Wants” moment!

Tourist Vibes

When you go to London on holiday make sure you go on the Big Bus Tour. On the hop-on-hop-off bus tour, we were able to explore Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, the Princess Diana Memorial, London Bridge, and Big Ben. Within the tour, there was also a cruise tour which was amazing. Check out where we visited!

Harrods Tea Room

When you’re in London, do not forget to do high tea at Harrods. The experience was absolutely amazing, from the service to the finest tea selection and handcrafted treats. Sidebar: Thank you Harrods for accommodating my peanut allergy.

Traditional English Breakfast

Next, you can’t leave London without having a traditional English Breakfast. We ate at this very cute brunch spot called the Kitchen. I had eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, and beans. To be honest, I had no idea how beans would taste with a breakfast meal… it was great!

Recommendations

I recommend for everyone to travel to London, England. Everyone that we met was very friendly and helpful. Even though we traveled for the weekend, there was still a lot that we didn’t get to see like a play, the British Museum, viewing the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace and shopping at Zara. As you plan your trip to London, definitely try the Big Bus Tour, Tea at Harrods, and, order fish and chips at a Pub. By the way, I think I’m British now but I digress.

We have to plan a day trip back.
